HISTORY
Peter Capello is a Kansas City Attorney and one of the founding partners of the Peter Capello Law Firm. He was born and raised in the Kansas City area. He earned his law degree from the University of Missouri Kansas City School of Law with an emphasis in trial practice and litigation.
Before law school Peter studied human biology at the University of Kansas. Peter still uses the knowledge he acquired while at the University of Kansas when reviewing medical records, consulting with doctors and other expert witnesses and talking with clients about their injuries.
Peter also worked for a large pharmaceutical company selling antipsychotic medications. Working inside one of the biggest pharmaceutical companies allowed Peter to learn the inner workings of the pharma industry, which he now uses in his mass tort litigation practice.
Peter has learned from some of the best trial lawyer’s in the entire country.

CAREER
For three weeks Peter attended the Gerry Spence Trial Lawyer’s College in Wyoming where he worked vigorously on learning how to try cases from Gerry Spence-who is considered one of the best trial lawyers of all time.
Peter focuses mainly on personal injury, mass torts, business litigation and employment discrimination cases. He takes pride in taking very complex cases and boiling them down to their simple components in order for a jury to understand them. He also takes pride in the life long relationships he develops with his clients.

When Peter is not at the office he enjoys spending time with his family at lake Okoboji, Iowa. He loves to fish, camp, and anything else that involves the outdoors.
